I graduated from ACT college in Arlington Virginia. I got my expanded duty certification from Gwinnett Technical College. I have been working as a dental assistant for over 12 years and I have loved every minute of it. I am very passionate about our patients as well as getting to know them. I make sure that they are comfortable and well cared for. Our entire team is very professional. We'll be glad to help you with any of your dental needs. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends
I am a very gentle, caring and skilled hygienist with more than eleven years of experience. I am very passionate about dental hygiene. Since a healthy mouth is a prerequisite to a healthy body, it is my goal to help my patients achieve optimal oral health and maintain it for life! Apart from giving them the gift of a nice, clean and healthy smile, I provide excellent patient education: make my patients realize the impact of oral health on their overall health, teach them the correct techniques of brushing and flossing and motivate them to develop a lifetime of good oral hygiene habits. I am committed to make my patients feel very comfortable and relaxed in each visit and provide them the best hygiene care ever! I live with my husband and two wonderful sons. I love zumba, hiking and going for long walks in my free time.
When I am with patients I focus on providing quality, gentle, dental hygiene care and on keeping visits relaxing and comfortable. I like getting to know my patients so I can understand their needs and make effective suggestions for their long-term dental health. Since I have had various roles in dentistry and business, I bring patients what I have learned nationwide from clinical dental hygiene experts, periodontists, dentists, business leaders and my personal clinical and business experiences. My dental career began as a dental assistant, then later I completed dental hygiene school, and later finished advanced degrees in clinical dental hygiene, clinical teaching, and business administration. Since then, I have served as faculty in dental assisting, dental hygiene, and dental school programs, and also as a dental consultant and business owner. When I am not with patients, I enjoy freelance writing, speaking, learning about new products and techniques; coaching business owners, healthcare practitioners, and individuals on how to maximize their potential. I also teach trauma survivors how to rebuild their lives and maximize their potential. My relaxation time involves walking/hiking, traveling, meeting people, serving at my church, spending time with my family, friends, and God; and maximizing each day and the blessings God's given me.
